SHIPMENT PROCESSING

We aim to ship orders same-day, but they can sometimes be sent out the next day or within 3 business days.

Orders are shipped using Shippo and shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. The choice of carrier is determined reasonably by Harken Derm.

International shipments are shipped using DHL, and may require extra information and paperwork. International shipments may be subject to local customs duties, to be paid by the receiver.

SHIPPING SPEEDS

Shipping speeds vary based on the carrier, time of year, and location. We will always choose the best option to deliver your package as soon as possible at a reasonable price.

We process payments through Stripe, and accept all major credit cards through secure SSL payment processing through the Harken Derm website.
